Area office and library is located next to the TV room with Bluray and sound base for the iPod with Bose

appliances are Neff and the prestigious Liebherr refrigerator. It also has a laundry room of 15m2 which offers
numerous storage spaces and have a Miele washing  machine and dryer. At the top, overlooking the sea, there are
4 rooms (23 to 28 m2), all with balcony, bathroom en suite, dressing room, flat screen TV and satellite dish.

The guest house (45m2) has a private terrace and offers its occupants a spectacular view of the sea. It consists
of a bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen with bar, dressing room and lounge. TV swivel allows a
360 º to watch TV from bed or lounge.
